Bretton Medical Practice

As we engage with local residents on the streets. The number one complaint that we are getting is the poor service that residents of Bretton are getting from the doctor’s Surgery.

We are shocked with the report from the CQC that the surgery has been rated as “Inadequate” and patients are potentially being put at risk by not delivering on the service that our service requires.

Cllr Fenner is working with the MP, Paul Bristow, to get a meeting with the doctors Surgery to seek assurances, that the lack of service that this surgery is providing for the residents is on an upward trend.

The lack of face to face appointments is abysmal. This needs to change now and residents need to have face to face appointments and a better booking service.

The Practice has now installed a new call system and urges patients to use the online system Anima. Drop into the Practice for more information as they have advised on our meeting with the partners, they will be holding training sessions for the system.
